First up is Pets & Pods from the UK, which feature modern furniture designs for cats and small dogs that are made from eco-friendly materials. Its Biscuit raised pet bed combines playful pleating with ultra-soft materials for a construction that offers maximum comfort.

Next is Jelico from South Africa, creators of stylish pet furniture with an easy-to-live-with minimalist aesthetic. Its Bently feeding station is crafted from bamboo and is elevated to ensure effortless mealtimes. Its sleek form and slip-proof rubber feet make it an easy addition to kitchen and dining spaces.

Teixeira Design Studio (Portugal) created a multifunctional design called the Igloo table, which combines a coffee table with a cosy cat bed. This hybrid construction allows pets and their owners to share time together while engaging in their own activities. A yellow cushion adds an element of contrast to this minimalist design.

Pet-Ture (Turkey) creates handmade cat houses that have a distinctly architectural perspective. Its Tory cat house is made from a walnut wood veneer and is finished in a water-based varnish for easy cleaning. The inclusion of wheels allows the house to be moved easily around the home, while an integrated scratching post completes the look.

Oregon's BINK Rabbit Goods creates elevated furniture solutions for pet rabbits. Its Credenza model is a handcrafted rabbit habitat that doubles as a console. Created for free-roam house rabbits, the construction features rabbit-safe materials, removable sliding doors, a hidden litter zone and a built-in hay feeder, all enclosed in an aesthetically pleasing design.

Melbourne-based Nice Digs is an all-female creative team making pet beds and accessories that are both fun and functional. Its Boulder Canyon dog bed showcases a playful retro pattern in two contrasting colourways so that owners can change its appearance with just a flip of the bed. In addition, its bedding collection is made by an Ethical Clothing Australia-accredited maker and the brand reuses fabric remnants to reduce waste.

Designer Onurhan Demir, creator of the Turkish pet-care line Weelywally, presents Nordic-inspired sleeping houses for cats and smaller dogs. Its Black Volendam pet house is a chemical-free and odourless beech plywood design with a sleek, minimalist aesthetic. A plush cushion provides ultimate comfort for lounging pets, while laser cutouts on the exterior give the design a graphic edge.
