Product Description:
waterborne acrylic based polymer dispersion
It is benzene/tolu-ene free water based acrylic polymer emulsion adhesive designed for dry bond /heat seal laminating process. Dry bond lamination is the process of coating the adhesive to plastic film, drying the adhesive with heat and air flow and then laminating the adhesive to a second substrate(paper/paper board/cardboard etc..) via a heat compression nip.
It is mono-component adhesive with very good adhesion to flexible film.

Application:
waterborne acrylic based polymer dispersion :For lamination of plastic film like PET, BOPP, MPET to printed paper, silver /gold cardboard, paperboard, duplex board etc...D1001/2/3 most suitable for common cartons of fruit, food etc...without embossing;D2001/2/3 most suitable for PET film to paper...without embossing;D3003 suitable for double side lamination, gold / silver card paper lamination.D3007 Super effect for processing after lamination, such as partial embossing, heavy embossing, heat embossing etc...D5001/2/3 suitable for high speed lamination machine, such as milk box, carton etc... without embossing process.
